The 3M Soft Cast Poly Premium is a semi-rigid support bandage made from polyester, that guarantees a high level of wearing comfort thanks to its breathable material.The bandage is permeable to X-rays and its weave prevents maceration.

The lenghtways and sideways elastic Soft Cast Poly Premium can be stretched during application, without returning to its original size while hardening. This reduces the risk of strangulation.

Depending on its use, the polyester cast bandage can be applied with few or many layers and can be used with longuettes. As a result, the level of immobilisation can be adjusted to the individual needs of the patient.
