A really beautifully preserved complete set of Spurgeon's magnum opus on the Psalms of David. House in its original late 19th century half-leather bindings and embellished with an original large, bold autograph of C. H. Spurgeon on the blank ffep.

Very good set in original half leather with raised bands, pebbled morocco faux cloth, marbled endpapers. Some rubbing with very slightest losses at hinges and a few very minor old booklouse traces on the boards. Spines very slightly dulled. Would benefit from some book cream or bees' wax. All edges brightly gilt in gold.
