Track A5 is not credited to a specific artist.  Track B3 is credited to Mighty Gabby.  The tracks derive from [r4939414, where the b-side is "Jack (On The Road") and is credited to The Baxters Road Crowd.

Track B5: The Singing Rebel's Band consists of Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Ray Cooper, Jon Lord, Mike Moran, Chris Stainton and Ringo Starr, with backing singers Jenny Bogle and Anastasia Rodriguez
