Elegant maroon colored georgette (not pure fabric) hand embroidered phulkari long scarf/dupatta. Central design has green/purple/yellow/white floral thread work over all. The gray border with silver/gold sequence creates a brilliant contrast. The thick stitches of Phulkari make the pattern all the more emphasized. Phulkari embroidery, the traditional embroidery of Punjab, is painstakingly done by rural womenfolk. Each phulkari item is one of a kind.
