This 1950s dress is so elegant! It's made of a gorgeous ivory faille fabric with moire finish. Trimmed with black velvet and cord at neckline and sleeve ends. There are 18 decorative covered buttons down the front. Metal zipper down the center back. The princess seams are very flattering. I love that it has pockets! The gored skirt is pretty with or without a petticoat (shown here without). Very well made. No maker's labels. Very good condition. There is some slight yellowing under armpits.
