* pencil pleat top curtains should be as wide as your curtain rod or track, or just a bit wider +-2"/5cm.
* we measure the curtain width at the top (after pleats).
* the length is measured from the top of the curtain to the bottom hem.

* if you would like the panel to pool on the floor, add 5-25cm to the length.

* UNLINED CURTAINS // Curtains made of medium-weight linen fabric are not sheer, therefore allowing a bit of privacy. Unlined curtains have a natural look of linen and are recommended as curtains for the living room, main bedroom, or kitchen however they dont offer light blockout or thermal properties. 

* CURTAINS LINED WITH PRIVACY LINING // privacy lining boosts the opacity of the curtain and blocks some light. The lined curtain fabric is not see-through, therefore it allows quite much privacy. Recommended where full light blocking is not necessary (living room, bathroom, kitchen).

Lining offers several benefits: it provides fullness and a professional finish to window treatments. Lining a curtain panel offers more insulation to the room and protects the curtain from fading.
