The Persephone, she is a stunning early 70s Laura Ashley made in wales cotton prairie dream. She is not lined. 

The Persephone, she is just SO SO special, she has the classic (and our favourite) Laura Ashley cut, with scoop neck, super full swooping skirt with flounce hem, cropped puff sleeves and cotton lace trims. Her print is a delicate floral on a cornflower blue base. We LOVE this girl here at Pansy, she is so super special and extremely rare, she truly is the dress of a lifetime. 

This girl measures to approx UK size 8/10/12.

The Persephone has been freshly laundered and is ready to wear. Please have this girl dry cleaned. She is in good vintage condition, she has some pink discolouring to the side of her neck on the lace trim, this is barely noticeable, she has a few other minor signs of wear but is still in amazing condition for her age. This has been reflected in her price. See last photo for more.

This beauty has minimal signs of vintage wear, but please bear in mind that our pieces are true vintage, they’ve been danced in and they have been lived in, so all of our garments will carry your usual signs of vintage wear. Anything that we think is outside of what would class as usual vintage wear, we will state.
