Sizing & Fit:

If you are ordering The Support Waist Trainer, we suggest starting at your pre pregnancy size. Taking into consideration that all pregnancy experiences are unique, some customers choose to purchase an additional Support Waist Trainer, a size up from their pre pregnancy size to start with. When ready, they transition to the Support Waist Trainer that is in their pre pregnancy size.
