This pullover style dress has a boat neck with a single button closure at the back neck. The upper bodice has a drop shoulder and 3/4 length sleeve. The gathered skirt has side seam pockets and falls to lower calf and above the ankle.  The dress is crafted from a lightweight crinkled cotton and the fabric is dyed using a traditional Kukuri Shibori technique, in which parts of the fabric are pinched tightly with thread and dyed, with the tied parts remaining undyed. The process is then repeated an incredible number of times, washed, dyed again and then redyed further.
