These 6" x 48" sanding belts are made from aluminum oxide for efficient material removal and smooth finishing on wood, steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. The 80-grit abrasive is suited for shaping, rust removal, paint stripping, and early-stage surface prep. A bi-directional tape joint helps provide smooth, jump-free operation and added resistance to breakage under pressure. The multi-layer construction includes an anti-clogging coating, phenolic resin, paper backing, and X-weight polyester cloth backing for durability and heat and humidity resistance. This pack includes 10 belts designed to fit compatible 6" x 48" belt sanders.
