Der Tulip Mostly Shiraz präsentiert sich robust und mit einem tiefen, leuchtenden Rot im Glas. Am Glasrand zeigen sich purpurne Lichter.

Am Gaumen offenbart sich der Wein körperreich und rund, mit einem Aroma von schwarzen Beeren und Eukalyptus. Hinzu gesellt sich ein Hauch von Minze und Spuren von geröstetem Holz. Anklänge von reifen, roten Früchten stimmen uns glücklich. Der Wein ist massiv und dicht im Geschmack. Das Mundgefühl ist konzentriert und ausgewogen mit reifen, süßlichen Tannin. Das Finale ist lang, mit einer Fülle von schwarzen Fruchtaromen.

Mostly is an up-to-date collection of blends, where the dominant variety gives the wine its name. These wines are aged for 12 months in French/American oak barrels.

This wine was produced from 85% Shiraz grapes from the Kfar Yuval vineyard (Upper Galille), and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.

After a period of six months in the barrels, during which the wine's flavours stabilized, the final blend was determined in order to receive complexity and harmony. After creating the final blend, the wine was returned to the barrels to age for an additional six months. The wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels, half of them French and half American.

This is a robust Shiraz with a deep maroon red colour and purple edges. The wine is full bodied and round, with an aroma of black berries, eucalyptus, mint, toasted wood and ripe red fruit. The wine has a massive, dense flavour which is concentrated and balanced with ripe, sweetish tannin. The finish is long, with an abundance of black fruit flavours.
