Unlike in other cultures, among the desert people of the Tuareg, men (Targi) cover their faces. The women (Targia) do not wear a veil. The women take care of the family and the animals and are in charge within the tent.

The families are divided into tribes with the Imashaghen (noblemen) at the head. As leaders of a Tuareg tribe, the players trade in local (dates and salt) and exotic (pepper) commodities. With the gold and the other benefits they gain from it, they expand their influence. There is a new offer every round.

The commodity cards are a means to achieve your goal of obtaining the desired tribe cards. These give you an advantage during the game and earn points at the end of the game. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins the game.
