175 mm Double Flanged Wheel made of Stainless Steel 1.4301

The 175 mm double flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 is the largest wheel in this stainless steel series. With a load capacity of 1,250 kg, it offers maximum load-bearing capacity with complete corrosion resistance. It is designed for heavy motorized and manual rail trolleys in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering that are subject to high hygiene standards.

Construction & Material

Precision-turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with completely rust-free stainless steel ball bearings. The large running diameter of 175 mm significantly reduces the bearing speed and thus extends the service life in continuous operation up to 8 km/h. The double flange geometry guides the wheel precisely and with minimal play on both sides of the rail profile – even with high lateral forces.

Bearing Options

• With stainless steel ball bearings: Freewheel on axle or bolt – low-maintenance and ready for installation.
• With hub keyway: Torque-proof shaft connection for driven wheels.
