Installation

Install is straightforward and can be done with basic tools:

1. Choose a mounting location with enough room for the 25.5 x 8.5 x 9 in footprint (bed rack, roof rack, bumper, trailer deck, etc.).
2. Position the base plate and mark your mounting holes.
3. If your existing holes don’t match, drill custom mounting holes in the base plate—there’s extra material specifically for this.
4. Bolt the mount down using appropriate hardware for your surface (stainless or grade-8 recommended, chosen to match your build).
5. Store the jack handle underneath the jack on the mount so everything stays together.
6. Place the jack in the mount, slide the pin through the jack body, and secure it.
