The JELONET™ paraffin gauze dressing from Smith & Nephew acts as a barrier between the wound and a secondary dressing. Thanks to the open weave gauze, excess exudate can drain drain freely into an absorbent secondary dressing. The special weave prevents fraying even when the dressing is cut to size.
