 According to a 2017 research, ginseng includes ginsenosides, which are a possible nervous system regenerator and neuroprotectant.

 Though ginseng is becoming increasingly popular in Western beauty products, it has long been a cornerstone in Eastern Asian beauty.

Ginseng's beauty benefits are based on stories, but recent science supports some of the claims.  This includes:
