(from En Veau and Servoisine). There is a pronounced, and somewhat curious, mintiness to the lightly wooded nose of pear, apple and orange peel. There is again fine richness to the solidly voluminous flavors where the minty character displayed by the nose resurfaces on the ever-so-mildly warm finale. This is actually an interesting and well- made wine, but it would be fair to observe that it’s not especially typical.
