Developed and manufactured at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’re proud to launch our Stage 3 front mount intercooler kit with stepped core design suitable for modified Mk8 Fiesta ST owners who want the very highest level of cooling efficiency, perfect for track or fast road use. Best suited for highly modified vehicles, you will need sufficient software and hardware to make full use of the Stage 3 intercooler.

This freer-flowing intercooler features a full size, single-pass core design that covers the full width of the vehicle’s grille area. The stepped core is 80mm in depth in the lower section and 40mm in the upper section, which fits neatly in front of the standard crash bar and behind the bumper with no modification required. It therefore offers a huge increase in surface area and volume over standard, and therefore charge temperatures.

The comprehensive kit includes AIRTEC Motorsport’s cast end tanks, laser-cut brackets and all fixtures and fittings for a direct, bolt-on installation.

It’s proven cooling efficiency and straight forward fitment makes it an essential modification for all modified Fiesta Mk8 ST models.
