The Vaults 2022 is a marriage of our very best Bourbons aged a minimum of 14 years, painstakingly selected & assembled in unique casks raised from rare three-year air-seasoned Missouri oak, taking the poetry of whisky & making it sing.

The 2022 release of Widow Jane’s The Vaults is made with a blend of straight bourbons aged a minimum of 14 years and as old as 19 years. Each of The Vaults bottlings have been finished with wood from various regions and with different lengths of time for its air-seasoning. Here, Missouri Ozark oak casks which have been air-seasoned for three years are used to finish the maturation.

TASTING NOTES

The Vaults take a good amount of time to mature. The result is a robust, full bodied bourbon with aromas of sweet brown sugar and vanilla bean paired with notes of charred oak. Tastes of dark cherry, vanilla cream and oak linger on the long bittersweet finish.
