Intercooler upgrade kit EVO2 for Ford Mustang 2.3l EcoBoost

The competition EVO2 intercooler has the following core size 535mm x392mm x95mm = 19900cm ³, providing a 175% greater frontal area and 226% more volume compared to the original intercooler.

Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. The weight of this Competition Intercooler is 14.2kg.

Constructed using the highest quality Tube Fin intercooler core combined with cast aluminium end tanks optimized in our CAD systems. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible Internal Airflow.
