3M™ Inadine™ Wound Dressing

The non-adherent 3M™ Inadine™ wound dressing consists of a knitted viscose fabric impregnated with a polyethylene glycol base containing 10% povidone-iodine. The dressing provides reliable protection against bacterial contamination and has long-lasting efficacy against bacteria, mycobacteria, fungi, protozoa, viruses and even MRSA germs.

Due to the low adhesion to the wound bed, the dressing reduces the risk of damage to the granulation tissue during dressing changes and therefore minimises patient pain at the same time. The need for a dressing change is indicated by a clear colour change.
