BIRKENSTOCK has reinterpreted the Rio sandal in fun playful colors and high-quality synthetic material. Modeled on the cork sandal, it is made from the ultra lightweight and highly flexible synthetic material EVA.

• Made with EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate); a high-quality, very light, elastic material with very good cushioning. As a result, it smooths out slight irregularities in the floor and ensures that every step is softly cushioned.
