BD Vacutainer® Rapid Serum Tube (RST)

The BD Vacutainer® Rapid Serum Tube (RST) has thrombin as clot activator and separating gel and has a recommended clotting time of only 5 minutes. The clot activator ensures the formation of clear, fibrin-free serum. The gel barrier, on the other hand, simplifies the processing of the sample.

The thrombin tube from Becton Dickinson is equipped with an orange Hemogard™ cap and a paper label. The scope of delivery includes 100 pieces of the blood collection tubes made of PET.
