ALLEVYN™ Life Sacrum

ALLEVYN™ Life Sacrum Foam Dressing by Smith & Nephew is a highly absorbent wound dressing specifically shaped for the sacral region. The gently adherent polyurethane foam wound dressing is ideal for moderate to heavy exudation. The high absorbency of the dressing reduces the risk of maceration and allows the dressing to remain on the wound for a longer amount of time. In this way, the natural cleansing of the wound is supported and wound healing is promoted.

Thanks to the silicone gel coating and the wide silicone adhesive rim, ALLEVYN™ Life Sacrum offers a gentle and secure hold without constant slipping, even in areas subject to heavy wear. This provides the patient with a high level of comfort while wearing it. The ALLEVYN™ Life Sacrum Foam Dressing also has a waterproof outer film, allowing daily showers.
