NGMCo. spent real time getting the dimensions right on this one before releasing it, dialing in personal preferences until it was exactly what they wanted. The result is a 0.45" cube that fits a two-strand overhand knot of 275# paracord in the through hole, keeping it functional at the smaller size.

The material is Amber Ultem Duratron U1000, a high-performance thermoplastic sourced from Japan and machined to a blasted rootbeer finish by NGMCo. in Southport, North Carolina. The amber tone of the Ultem against the blasted finish gives the Mini a warm, dimensional appearance that photographs well and looks even better in person.

Note from Lone Star Knife & Supply: The Rootbeer finish on Amber Ultem is one of those combinations that is hard to describe until you see it in person. Ultem has a natural warmth to it and the blasted finish deepens the amber color. The Mini fits where the original BNo1 is slightly too large. North Carolina machined from Japanese-sourced material.
