The new Ripack 3000 Heat Shrink Film gun is very safe and easy to use. With the flame never in contact with the nozzle, the parts you can touch stay cool avoiding the risk of burning. The flame spreads out to cover a larger area making the shrinking of polyethene sheeting quick and easy. With the Ripack 3000 heat shrink gun being ergonomic and lightweight it keeps operator fatigue to a minimum.

Expert tip: When shrinking the film, maintain a perpendicular position 30 cm away from the gun. For pallet shrinkage, allow for 20cm of film protrusion on each side. Start by heating the lower parts, then continue sweeping in a "Z" shape to evenly heat the film. Adjust your speed based on the thickness of the film, which can be seen demonstrated in the instructional video. To achieve a strong weld on flat film, ensure that there is at least a 30 cm overlap.
