Superb sammelband of late 18th and early 19th century sermons and orations largely centered around American patriotism, the death of President George Washington, etc.,

It appears to have been compiled by Reverend Reuben Nason [b.1779], named after his uncle who died fighting as an officer during the opening days of the American Revolution at Ticonderoga.

All in an attractive half leather binding of the period, it apparently was damp at some point with some misshapenness to boards and some occasional stains. Very solid.
