SABAsorb rapid®

SABAsorb rapid® from Sabana is a high-quality, absorbable surgical suture material for demanding medical applications. Each suture is individually sterile packaged to ensure maximum hygiene and safety. Thanks to its high tear resistance and superior knot security, it is easy to handle and ensures a strong, reliable hold throughout the healing process.

The special coating with polycaprolactone and calcium stearate enhances glide properties, making it easier to work with during complex surgical procedures. The uncoloured suture material is resorbed within approximately 60 to 90 days, supporting seamless wound healing without persistent foreign body reaction. SABAsorb rapid® is available in different variants and comes in a convenient set of 24 needle-suture combinations.
