As a passionate amateur war historian, our Father often likes to share his knowledge of war and great battles. His passion stemmed from our forebears who fought for our country, a fact that has instilled in us a sense of pride. That sense of pride is also felt for our Father’s winemaking career. As a leader discovering the microclimate best suited to Barossan Cabernet Sauvignon, we felt there was no better name to represent our father.

TASTING NOTES
Deep crimson red with vibrant violet hues. Aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant are layered with hints of spearmint, vanilla, char and cedar tobacco box. The palate bursts with dark berries, plum and spice, balanced by vibrant acidity and elegant tannins. Mid-weight yet complex, it offers impressive length and poise.
