ALLEVYN™ Life Non-Bordered

Smith & Nephew's ALLEVYN™ Life Non-Bordered Silicone Foam Dressing provides a moist wound healing environment and is therefore designed for the management of moderately to heavily exuding wounds. In addition to the polyurethane foam, the wound dressing offers a superabsorbent core that rapidly traps exudate, minimizing the risk of leakage and maceration of the wound environment.

Thanks to the perforated silicone layer, the dressing adheres even to sensitive skin and facilitates application, replacement and removal. A breathable and opaque outer film additionally reduces the seepage of exudate and prevents bacterial contamination. The wound dressing is available in a variety of sizes so that it can be used flexibly for the treatment of wounds of different sizes. Unlike other dressings, ALLEVYN™ Life Non-Bordered can remain on the wound longer, leading to better healing results.
