Gelocast elastic is a ready-to-use, lengthways elastic zinc bandage that can be used as a compression bandage for phlebologic indications, but also for support and relief dressings in orthopaedics. The zinc bandage can be handled without gloves, is gelatine-free and dries quickly.

The Gelocast elastic zinc bandage is ideal as a compression bandage for indications in phlebology such as chronic venous insufficiency, thrombophlebitis and phlebothrombosis, as well as for support and relief dressings for injuries of the ligamentum as well as sport injuries,, such as sprains, dislocations and tendovaginitis. Taking into account the recommended change intervals, Gelocast elastic zinc bandage can be used for a few days to several weeks.
