BD Microtainer® EDTA Tubes

The BD Microtainer® EDTA tubes are used to collect and process small amounts of capillary or venous blood and guarantee reliable results thanks to a fill level marker which, when adhered to, achieves an optimal mixing ratio of blood and additive.

The special design not only makes the tubes easy to open, but also reduces the risk of splatter upon removal of the cap which lowers the risk of contamination. The Microgard cap is purple. Separate compatible tube extenders for centrifuges with a 13 x 75 mm rack are available separately if required.
