This clutch/bag-in-bag is made using the functional material Ventile.
It's just the right size to store all your small items together.
Although it is a simple design, it has two gusseted pockets on the front, so you can sort small items.
It comes with a detachable strap that can be attached with a shackle, so you can either hook it onto the handle of your bag or carry it in your hand as a clutch.

VENTILE...This is a military spec material that is also used in the waterproof suits of British Air Force pilots. By weaving the threads in as tightly as possible, it has extremely high water repellency even without any processing.
