3M™ Promogran Prisma™

The 3M™ Promogran Prisma™ wound balancing matrix is composed of 55% collagen, 44% oxidised regenerated cellulose and 1% silver ORC containing 25% w/w ionically bound silver.

The dressing provides antimicrobial protection against bacteria and infection, promotes granulation tissue formation, epithelialisation and optimal wound healing. In addition, the wound dressing maintains a moist wound environment.
