Ligasano White Foam Dressing

The Ligasano white foam dressing is a therapeutically effective wound dressing that can be used for the treatment of shallow and deep wounds, provided that the wound allows secretion to drain. The sterile foam dressing is placed directly in or on the wound and absorbs excess exudate. The surface structure of the dressing activates tissue perfusion and improves self-cleaning of the wound.

For correct wound care, the dressing thickness must be at least 2 cm (calculated from the wound base). The Ligasano white foam dressing is fixed with an air-permeable dressing. Depending on the degree of wetness of the wound, the dressing should be changed several times a day up to every three days, at the latest when a secretion point becomes visible.
