BD Insyte-A™ Arterial Catheter

The sterile BD Insyte-A™ arterial catheter from Becton Dickinson has been specially designed for simplified puncture of the radial artery using the Seldinger technique. It consists of a particularly sharply ground Seldinger needle, a guide wire and a pre-assembled catheter. The notch near the needle tip makes a successful puncture immediately visible. The backflow of blood can also be seen along the catheter. Thanks to the guide wire, the catheter can be inserted particularly easily.
