Warranty

Provided that the scooter is unpacked within 1 month from date of Delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles hereby warrants, guarantees and undertakes responsibility to replace free of charge defected part items material, according to the policy hereby mentioned.

Two-Year Full Warranty – Included Labor

For two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Afikim Electric Vehicles to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

• Main frame
• Seat Post
• Tiller Frame
• Bearings, Bushings
• Harnesses
• Power units
• Controllers
• Chargers
• Electronic items – Front board, Display Board, Front light, Rear lights, Blinkers, USB charger etc.
• Off The Shelf items – Switches, key switch, brakes, fuses, Gas piston, Shock absorbers, Potentiometer, Speed Sensors, Fork etc.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty shall not apply to serial numbered products if the serial number has been removed or defaced. Products subjected to negligence, accident, improper operation, maintenance or storage. Products modified without Afikim Electric Vehicles express written consent including, but not limited to, modification using unauthorized parts or attachments. Products damaged by reason of repairs made to any component without the specific consent of Afikim Electric Vehicles.

This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear:

• ABS Plastic Shrouds
• Motor brushes
• Brake pads
• Tires and tubes
• Bulbs
• Batteries Note: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
• Circumstances beyond the control of Manufacturer

Scope of Warranty

The term 'replace free of charge' refers to the following Scope that will be performed and borne in full by Afikim Electric Vehicles: Shipping, and other charges incurred for delivery of the part to the customer premises. Note: Afikim Electric Vehicles reserves the right to request the proof of purchase upon making a warranty claim.
