The Vent-Axia 476311 Lo-Carbon PoziDry Pro™ with Heater is an advanced Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) system designed to help prevent and control condensation, damp and mould within residential properties.

Ideal for refurbishment and social housing projects, the PoziDry Pro™ quietly introduces fresh, filtered air into the property from the loft space, helping to dilute and replace stale, moisture-laden air. Featuring an integrated 500W heater, the unit helps temper incoming air to improve occupant comfort during colder months.

How the PoziDry Pro™ Works

The loft-mounted unit draws fresh air from the roof space, filters it and gently distributes it into the home through a discreet ceiling diffuser. The continuous supply of filtered air helps reduce moisture levels while improving indoor air quality.

Using SmartSense™ technology, the system automatically adjusts airflow levels based on the property size and loft temperature conditions, ensuring efficient and comfortable ventilation throughout the year.

Intelligent Comfort Control

The PoziDry Pro™ automatically adjusts performance depending on loft temperatures:

• Trickle Mode: Quiet continuous background ventilation
• Energy Recovery Mode: Increases airflow when excess heat is detected in the loft
• Stand-by Mode: Stops warm loft air entering the property during hot summer conditions

The integrated heater automatically activates when required to help take the chill off incoming air.

Flexible Installation

Designed for installer convenience, the PoziDry Pro™ includes anti-vibration mounting legs suitable for joist widths between 300mm and 650mm, along with a hanging kit for alternative mounting options.

The lightweight unit features an integrated carry handle for easier loft access and installation. The supplied ceiling diffuser uses a simple four-point fixing system for fast and repeatable fitting.

Advanced Filtration

Supplied with G4 filters as standard, the unit helps capture everyday airborne particles such as dust and pollen. Optional F7 filters are available to improve indoor air quality further by filtering PM2.5 pollutants including smoke, diesel particulates and spores.

Data Logging & Smart Controls

SmartSense™ technology provides intelligent monitoring and data logging, including:

The interface can also be locked to prevent accidental adjustment of settings.
