A fixture which lays flat for shipping opens up to concentric ellipses created by laser-cutting of a single aluminum plate. The different elements can be positioned on separate axes from each other allowing light direction and varied spatial configurations.

The ellipses rotate independently on two different axes enabling light to be directed.
Numerous spatial configurations can be obtained by adjusting the rings as needed.
When the device is closed up it is completely flat.

Copper connections allow placement of hundreds of LEDs.
