Goyard was established in 1853 by François Goyard. The characteristic chevron pattern was cleverly designed to form a 'Y', representing the three centuries of Goyard and their 'Compagnon de Riviere ancestors'. Each pattern is delicately hand-painted onto a lightweight coated canvas.

Condition Notes: Scuffs and wear to exterior bottom corners. Scuffs and creasing throughout exterior coated canvas. Heavy cracking and wear to handle bases. Light wear throughout handle casing. Marks and light discoloration throughout interior.
