Here's a quirky bit for someone; an extremely rare edition of De Fonetic Propagandist, only issued in 1851 and 1852. It was part of a broader movement to reform the American - English language. I love the chutzpah of a guy who's just like, "Hey, I'm going to change the language and make it better. Here it is. Change everything. Okay?"
Obviously, it didn't work. Very scarce. Held at Princeton, University of New Orleans, and BYU.
De Fonetic Propagandist. Wensda, Janyuari 28, 1852. Nu Yorc. 6pp.
