We didn’t just make our gloves thicker; we rebuilt them from the molecule up using a Premium Nitrile Formula made right at our factory. 

The Slow-Cure & Dual-Layer Difference. Commodity gloves of similar thickness have up to 40% fillers and are run on super fast production lines not allowing much time for the rubber crosslinks to form evenly. By double-dipping and running our production lines much slower, we ensure that the nitrile has time to cure properly with better, more uniform crosslinking. The dual-layer construction (Black Exterior / Gray Interior) improves the consistency of the glove which is verified by our strictly controlled assured quality level (AQL). The glove meets and/or exceeds stringent ASTM standard D6319 for nitrile examination gloves. The dual layers also act as a visual breach indicator should the glove be compromised.
