Atrauman Ointment Compresses

The Atrauman ointment compresses from Hartmann gently secure wound edges and surfaces, while simultaneously preventing the wound from drying out. The thin, soft grid tulle, made from hydrophobic polyester fibres, has a smooth surface structure and assists the soaked ointment in keeping Atrauman from adhering to the wound. Because Atrauman ist air and secretion permeable, the wound secretions flow well. The Atrauman ointment compresses are free of active ingredients and are also neither sensitising or allergenic, even after longer periods of use.
