HMD ORGANIC CHLORELLA (Chlorella pyrenoidosa)  is a microscopic, single-celled plant that grows in fresh water and is about the same size as a human blood cell.

It multiplies quickly, with a complete reproductive cycle every 20 hours. Chlorella is a green algae, drawing its colour from an unusually high amount of chlorophyll (more than any other known plant).

Scientists in the 1960’s realised that it was literally impossible for humans to digest chlorella in its natural state due to its tough cell walls that encapsulate its beneficial nutrients.

When administering HMD and LAVAGE, it is essential to hold the dropper VERTICALLY when counting out the drops, for accurate dosing. Holding at an angle will likely administer more than he recommended dosage and each bottle will last less than recommended.

ADULTS

HMD™ (Heavy Metal Detox)

Take 45 drops x 3 times a day.

Take 10 – 15 minutes BEFORE meals and mix with a little water or fruit juice, even though it does taste sweet.

Make certain that you are drinking at least 8-10 glasses of mineral water (or filtered tap water) daily – more if you are living in a hot climate, to help flush out the heavy metals and toxins.

Sensitive individuals (with chronic diseases, neurological problems, and autism spectrum disorders) can start on a lesser dosage – you may begin with one drop, 3 times a day and increase this dose each day by one drop until reaching the optimal dose.

We strongly recommend you follow our ULTIMATE DETOX PROGRAM. It is always best to be guided by your health professional when taking on any detox protocol.

HMD™ LAVAGE

Take 25 drops x 3 times a day.

This can be mixed into the same glass as the HMD™ and taken together 10 – 15 minutes before meals, or away from meals.

Take 2 capsules [600 mg]  x 2 times a day – with breakfast and dinner.

CHILDREN

Children of two years and over can take HMD™ under the guidance of their health practitioner.

The following dosages are based on weight, but these can be adjusted according to your health practitioner’s advice.

With infants and young children, the parents must work with a health practitioner experienced in detoxification.

It is recommended that you begin with only one drop of the HMD™ before food and watch for any reactions – this is an initial test to see if your child may be allergic to any of the ingredients that it contains.

Some children are very sensitive to certain herbs or may have compromised detoxification pathways, so it is important to err on the side of caution and test.

It is then easy to increase the dosage by one drop,  3 times daily, every couple of days until reaching the optimum dosage, dropping back to the previous dose if necessary.

We also advise that all children additionally take our HMD™ LAVAGE and HMD™ CHLORELLA, which are supportive therapies for sensitive individuals, along with our HMD™. Please see the below dosages.

Children must be encouraged to drink as much pure water as they can manage, to safely flush out heavy metals.

HMD™ Heavy Metal Detox:

Children should take the following number of drops 3 times per day, 10 – 15 minutes before meals. The HMD™ should be mixed with a little water or fruit juice, to taste.

At these dosages, children can generally take the HMD™ for 3 months or more without any undue stress on their detoxification pathways, if combined with the HMD™ LAVAGE and the HMD™ CHLORELLA.

For very toxic children with known heavy metal toxicity, these dosages can be decreased under the supervision of a health practitioner who is knowledgeable in heavy metal detoxification.
