Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Free shipping within 5 - 7 working days. Please check your order upon receipt within a 2-working day period to ensure the item is correct with no damages.

Our standard Delivery for this item is 5 - 7 days

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain the return address. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns without authorization will be refused.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses and similar items cannot be returned if opened or used. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued within 14 days, excluding delivery charges and premium services. Items returned damaged or used will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you'll need to follow the return process. Any cancellation after the order has left our warehouse will deduct transport and insurance costs.

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Instead, accept the package and sign it as "damaged." Report the damage within 24 hours with photos of both the item and packaging. We'll replace any damaged parts or arrange a return if we can’t replace them within 7 days.

Fault Items

All our products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and does not cover second-hand or retailer-bought items. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.

If an item is found faulty within the warranty period, we will provide a spare part, replacement, or a refund if applicable. Contact us with proof of purchase and images of the fault to start a claim.
