ALLEVYN™ Thin

ALLEVYN™ Thin from Smith & Nephew is ideal for treating wounds with weak to moderate exudation. The highly absorbent foam core securely traps wound fluid while providing a moist wound environment that leads to faster wound healing. Another advantage of ALLEVYN™ Thin is that, unlike other dressings, the dressing can remain on the wound longer, thus avoiding unnecessary dressing changes and saving costs.

The ALLEVYN™ Thin foam dressing adheres securely and gently to the skin without slipping, so no additional fixation is required. The waterproof outer foil additionally reduces the risk of infection and does not restrict daily showering.
