A wonderful little artifact from the life of C. H. Spurgeon; this volume gifted by Mrs. Spurgeon, and so-inscribed and signed by her, as a part of her work with the "Book Fund," which sent books to ministers in rural and urban churches, often co-vocational, to provide preaching and educational resources.
These are growing increasingly difficult to locate, and this a very nice example.
Spurgeon, C. H. Lectures to my Students: A Selection from Addresses Delivered to the Students of the Pastors' College, Metropolitan Tabernacle. London. Passmore and Alabaster. 1876. 200pp.
A good+ copy, bound in cloth, front and rear interior hinges are shaken but otherwise generally solid, with bright and clean pages.
