Sorbalgon® Classic

Sorbalgon® Classic from Paul Hartmann is a sterile, highly absorbent compress made of calcium alginate fibres. The dressing is suitable for the treatment of all external, superficial and moderately to heavily exuding wounds. On contact with wound exudate, the alginate fibre swells and forms a hydrophilic gel that does not stick to the wound, moisturises the wound and accelerates the wound healing process.

Thanks to the gel-like surface, the dressing does not stick to the wound and thus ensures painless dressing change. Sorbalgon® Classic Compresses are available in three different sizes for economical use according to need.
