Adhesion Promoter 3M 4298UV, 120ml is a versatile liquid primer used to improve the adhesion of 3M acrylic foam strips to common LSE substrates for interior and exterior car ornaments and parts. The quick-dry adhesion promoter works with most LSE plastics, including TPO, PP and TPU, as well as ABS, EPDM and others. A fluorescent dye was added so that the technicians could easily check the coverage.

Adhesion Promoter 3M 4298UV, 120ml can be applied with a napkin with gravity feed, roller, sprayer or felt applicator or similar. It contains a fluorescent dye that makes it easily visible once applied and helps technicians quickly check if the coverage is complete and consistent for reliable adhesion. The liquid primer dries in 30 to 90 seconds for a quick and efficient application. Once the product is dry, it is ready to accept the attachment tape. Adhesion promoter can also be cleaned from most surfaces using acetone solvent.
