Braunoderm® Skin Disinfectant

Braunoderm® is a pre-operative skin disinfectant which allows for clear marking of the disinfected skin area. It is used in all hospital areas, doctors' practices as well as in outpatient departments, for example before injections and punctures or before surgical procedures. For this purpose, the ready-to-use alcoholic solution with 1% povidone-iodine is simply applied to the corresponding area of the patient's skin with a sterile swab before the puncture or procedure.

The alcoholic povidone-iodine solution is very well tolerated by the skin and has a fast onset of action as well as a broad spectrum of activity and a good remanent effect.
